Photos conjure joy, sadness, nostalgia, wonderment – some of the strongest emotions we feel. Attempting to photograph scenes in a manner capable of evoking some of those reactions (or for the less hyperbole-inclined, a simple "That looks cool!") presents both the challenge and the reward when searching for an interesting composition.
I believe God created the heavens above and the earth below our feet, and His creation features beauty that surpasses our ability to describe it. Photography is a means to get out in the depths of His creation and bring Him glory by experiencing and capturing a bit of its majesty.
